Photoshop CS5 activation not possible

My PS worked without problems and someday it starts asking me for the registration key and nothing further happens.

So I checked this URL: Adobe Systems Inc. - Access Denied  from this site Advanced solutions to connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Here I get an

Access denied

We're sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.

blablabla

I think it is not a problem with my Computer, because I used my mobile phone over the mobile network to check the URL with the same result.

What can I do to use my software?

    Correct answer assause

    Operation guarantee of CS5 product is not done on Windows 10.

    In the case of Access Denied, it may be a firewall problem or the Hosts setting may have been rewritten.

    Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details like some info about your Internet connection, language settings and whatever else may be relevant.

    Language of all Software is german.

    OS: Win10 Pro

    Photoshop CS5 (no extended version)

    Internet: Nothing special. DSL, Router, Notebook. Same problem when using my mobile phone as a hotspot for the notebook. So I think it is not a problem with the internet provider.

    No entrys in the hosts file
