PhotoShop CS5 Transform availability in the Animation Timeline?

I have a smart object I would like to Transform in the animation timeline using PhotoShop CS5. I have seen a number of videos indicating that as long as the image is a smart object, the Transform option will appear in the timeline.

The Transforming feature does not appear in my timeline in place of the position feature even though the image/object has been converted to a smart object

Question - Does PhotoShop CS5 Transform available in the Animation Timeline for PhotoShopCS5? If not, is it available in a plug-in or free upgrade for CS5?

    It isn't and I'm not aware of a plug-in that allows that. Animating transforms was introduced in Photoshop CS6. In PS CS6 when you convert a layer to a Smart Object, the "Position" animation item in the Timeline changes to "Transform", and you can then add keyframes to animate the transform.
