PhotoShop CS5: What is the best document size for HDTV 1080 .mov animation?

I want to make an animation for YouTube. What are the best settings when creating new document?

I know there is a default setting for 1080p with

Width: 1920 pix

Height: 1080 pix

Resolution: 72 pix/inch

Color Mode: RBG Color - 8bit

Color Profile: Don't Color Manage this Document

Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square Pixels

But are the settings really optimized for the Resolution, Color Mode, Color Profile, and Pixel Aspect Ratio? I am still kind of new at the whole digital art thing. I just kind of like playing around. Thanks!

Those are exact specs for 1080i or 1080p in the USA.

72 ppi is not important - No way for a TV to read the metadata (though this could change one day)

All monitors and TV's are RGB

You can not color manage a TV unless it is directly connected to a computer (though this may have changed)

To my knowledge the pixel ration is square, but I have seen options for nonsquare ratio or wide screen (though I assume the latter was in place before 1080 was available) {Guessing here}

Reason why the two above may change is some newer TV's can use flash drives though I don't beleive it is being used for the above purpose's
