Photoshop CS6

Without more info, I will make a wild guess that whoever you purchased your product from did something that violated their terms of service with Adobe.  And when it was discovered, Adobe shut it down by revoking the license they sold you and a lot of other people.  If you have any recourse at all which is somewhat doubtful given the product's age, it would be with the dealer who sold you CS6.  Good luck.
