Hi,

I am running Photoshop CS6 on iMac running mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

Processor 3.5GHZ Intel Core i7

Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2 GB

I have been able to use the 3D functions in the past but now they are grayed out. Any idea how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Correct answer Just Shoot Me

You have a layer selected that does not allow the 3D function to work?

Just a guess as I have had the same thing happen with other tools and couldn't wrap my head around WHY this tool won't work.

Hi there,

We are sorry about the 3D options from Photoshop CS6 being grayed out. Would you mind confirming if all the options in the 3D menu grayed out?

If yes, please go to the Preferences for Photoshop, then Performance and ensure that the option to Use Graphics Processor is checked. If not, check the option and relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

Regards,

Nikunj

Thank you both for your replies...It was my mistake. The document was set to CYMK not RGB
