Photoshop CS6 and CS6 Extended not working with Download from Adobe

My Photoshop CS6 Extended will not function properly when downloaded from the link Adobe Tech Agents gave me. The tools are way too small to even read and the second line from the top tools, including color and other vital tools IS NOT EVEN ON THERE. I contacted ADOBE TECH AGENTS three times over three days and spent 6-7 hours on the line with them. Their final resolution was not a resolution. USE THIS COMMUNITY because they do not have an answer. This is disgusting lack of customer service. I paid over $1,000 and have my receipts and serial numbers for this Photoshop CS6 and Extended.

As Jeff asked, what operating system are you using? Because I know the most recent MacOS isn't compatible with CS5 or 6.

I am really sorry for your frustration and exasperation Dan.

It might help if you could post back a cropped screen shot of the interface issue you are having with CS6 Extended.

The last time I downloaded Photoshop CS6 installer the were two files. One was very small 1200kb it is an unpacker for the second large file that is around 1GB. which takes time to download. The second file is a 7Zip archive for cs6. You also need to downlad the CS6 Updates CS6 is very unstable without its updates. You also need ACR 9.1.1 if you process raw files.
