Photoshop CS6 DynamicLink is not Available!

I have had this problem for a long time since I first got Photoshop!

I really want to try out editing a video in Photoshop CS6 and see how it turns out before I put it on Youtube!

But...

When I try and import a video into Photoshop CS6, an error would pop up saying "Could not complete your request because DynamicLink is not available."!

Does anyone know any solutions to this?

How exactly are you trying to get the video into Photoshop? Have you tried simply 'opening' it from the Photoshop menu, or right clicking the file and using Open With?
