First go to Help > System Info and check to see if you are updated to 13.0.6, the Retina ready version.

If Help > Updates does not work, get the update here:

That Photoshop CS6 has Retina support doesn't mean InDesign CS6 was supposed to. And Photoshop CS6 for Windows doesn't have HiDPi support, although there was some undocumented workaround.

Mac users got Retina hidpi support as far back as 13.0.3

Seems it worked for Ania G.

There is something... some update for InDesign CS6 as well? or... there is no chance 😉

No, InDesign CS6 will not display at high resolution and is EOL (end of life), so won't be updated.

As TestScreenName states, this version of Photoshop does not support high resolution screens.

The other possibility is that you have "Open in Low Resolution" checked. Uncheck it if it is.

Go directly to Photoshop CS6.app and using cmd i, bring up the Get Info dialog

Really new hardware types need new software. Don’t expect your 8 year old software to support retina monitors well, or new cameras etc.
