photoshop CS6 issues using Mac OS

when I open a photo in photoshop CS6 and try to edit it. there are little digital squares that mimic parts of the photo every where , the move about when i try to edit. what can i do to fix it?

Sorry that Photoshop CS6 is showing your images with a overlapped in some digital squares. 

 

Would you mind sharing a screenshot to better illustrate the issue? Let's start with troubleshooting the GPU usage in Photoshop . Could you please uncheck the option "use graphics processor" under Preferences> Performance menu and let us know if that helps?
