Photoshop CS6 on Windows 10 got an error of insufficient RAM

I am using Photoshop CS6 on Windows 10. I got an error message of insufficient RAM while I am going to open a RAW file from Camera Raw.  In the system information of PS, I noticed that only 3GB is available for PS even I have 32GB onboard.  Having checked with CS, I have been advised that no further updating for CS6 to cope with Windows 10 will be provided from Adobe.   Anyone have a similar problem could give me an advice.  Many thanks.

If your not using the 32 bit version of cs6, then your most likely looking at a adobe/microsoft bug in newer versions of windows 10

which is corrected using the following registry hack:
