Hello everyone, I use Photoshop very frequently. I turned on my computer today and launched Photoshop via Administrator as I always do. Today, as soon as it opened it said it had stopped responding. I used the CCleaner tool, as recommended on other forums, and yet not solution. I tried doing a safe mode startup, while only Microsoft processes were active, and still wont fix.

This is the error within EventViewer:

You seem to be  using CS6 32bit version  13.0.1.0 not fully updated  to the latest perpetual version 13.0.1.3 is there some reason you did not install all of the CS6 updates?

The three latest version of Photoshop CS6 are Perpetual version 13.0.6 mac Perpetual version 13.0.1.3 Windows and CS6 extended version 13.1.2 creative cloud version of CS6 Mac and Windows.... CS6  had more bugs then any other version of Photoshop that I have ever used and I have used many versions of Photoshop...

I also see on my ysytem that the defalut install lication for  CS6 32 bit is

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\"

where the 64 bit version installed into

"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\"

Your CS6 is installed in

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Photoshop CS6\App\Photoshop\"

not the default install location

Here is a link to the latest windows perpetural CS6 update  to 13.0.1.3 Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1.3 update for CS6

I have a subscription my version is 13.1.2
