Photoshop cursor way too large in 4K resolution with 150% scaling

Photoshop's cursor has been way too large in 4k resolution at 150% scaling for a very long time and nothing has been done to resolve it. I have gone through countless threads in search for a fix to this problem with no success.

Not only the visual appeal, but sometimes the tool just hides too much behind it and it is super annoying. I like to work with consistent software and this is very far from consistent when the UI is scaled nicely but the cursor/tools are just massive. I am going to post the same screenshots as in the other posts. (pen tool in illustrator with correct scaling and pen tool in photoshop which is almost double the size.)

I am going to post this weekly until there is action taken to fix this.
