I had a problem with the application Drive of google to windows 10. I needed to restart the computer. When I turn on again, Adobe Photoshop was totally clean without any preference, action, preset or anything.

I check all folders inside of appdata/roaming/adobe/  but only I have one with Adobe Photoshop 2021 that contains the initial files. Presets, and ever else is completely empty. I called the technical service without any solution.

I just want to know, if exist any option to recover all this information (presents and other files). Also, it is possible to sync up with the cloud by default, to don't lose again.

Thanks.

When a similar event happened to me, I found my brushes this way:

-(Brush) Preset Manager>Replace Brushes, and this took me to the Adobe file containing the last brush presets I'd used. Also try Preset Manager>Load Brushes.  If this doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you - but someone else  here probably will.

This won't do you any good this time, but after this happened to me, I started saving my brushes to my computer and naming them so I know which set they were. If you make your own brushes like I do, you'll be glad you did this. I hope you're able to retrieve them this time.

Hi @Rennoib

Adding to what Leslie said, most panels have Save in their panel menus, so you can Save your Action Sets, Gradients, Swatches, Custom Shapes, Brushes, etc., etc., and reload them when needed. Then back up your entire Preferences folder to a safe location outside of Adobe folders. Details here:
