Photoshop does not open a new file

Sorry to hear this @Daniel288119649ama when was the last time you changed your OS or Ps version?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @Daniel288119649ama how are you trying to open the files? Have you checked your file association with Windows?
