Photoshop does not update/redraw window

I'm using photoshop on windows 10 desktop along with Huion Kamvas tablet. I have an issue when photoshop stops updating the window after some time when I draw. When I continue to draw, changes are made, but not reflected on the window. In order to temporarily fix it I need to resize the workbench window, however after some time issue starts reproducing again. At this point I can easily reproduce the issue after 1-2 minutes of working.

I've tried to search for the solution on the internet, but did not find anything useful. At this point I've completely disabled GPU acceleration - the issue still reproduces.

Steps:

 - open photoshop

 - start drawing anything

 - at some point changes stop being reflected in the window
