Photoshop doesn't allow me to use 3 tabs (bug in the third tab).

As I already know Photoshop probably has his own intelligent IA that sometimes break herself, I noticed a problem. Now Photoshop decided to go crazy and doesn't allow me to use 3 or more tabs. Really emberassing because it's the third time I face problems like this that just appear of nowhere.  

Of course I founded a "solution", that says to disable graphic card usage, lol. Of course I can't do that, since the graphic card is technically the most important thing during massive Photoshop editions.

For whos that will ask what is my setup configuration, I let you know that since yesterday everything was working perfeclty. No versions were installed or changed, simply Photoshop was closed and opened again. And yes, ALL my drivers are up to date.

Yes I already tried changing Photoshop version, reseting Photoshop configurations, changing Photoshop settings file, everything possible I already tried.
