Photoshop doesn't see all RAM memory

Hello. I have 8 GB RAM memory, but Adobe Photoshop CC see only 3 Gb RAM. My operation system is Windows 10 64 Bit.

Maybe someone can help me? Maybe this become after the last April udpate of Windows 10?

    The RAM is being used somewhere. I recommend looking at your processes and eliminating anything that isn't being used or that is using a ton of your memory.

    You probably use 32bit Photoshop version, change to 64bit one (in CS6 there are two available) ... Messing around in Windows registry won't help as I've found some hints to this topic.

    How much RAM do you have set via Edit > Preferences > Performance > Memory Usage on the menu bar? (You shouldn't have this set too high; other apps need RAM as is.) Even so, I believe Photoshop will use the max available RAM only when it needs to.

    How much RAM are you allowing photoshop to use?

    I allow to use all RAM, that Photoshop can see, so i have 8 GB RAM, but photoshop see only three 3 GB and i allow them all
