Photoshop doesn't show on Creative Cloud Desktop App

Hello! I've been using apps from the Creative Cloud without any issues until a few days ago. All my apps started crashing so I could not open them at all. I thought it might be due to an expired liense, so I renewed it. Nothing changed. So I uninstalled the apps but now when I try to install Photoshop it doesn't show in the Creative Cloud Desktop App at all, so I cannot install it. All the other apps are there and can be installed, but Photoshop, no. Moreover the other apps keep crashing. Do you know what might have caused this and how can I fix it?
I am with Mac OS Monterey, Version 12.1. Thought it might be because of the new software but the problems started before updating it. I updated it to try and see if that would make things better.
I'm attaching a photo with everything that shows as an option after I write "Photoshop" in the search tab.
