Photoshop doesn't work

Hello,

two weeks ago my HD crashed. I restored my backup and the system runs fine again.

But since two days I have the following problem:

I open Photoshop and an additional window opens but without text. If I close this window Photoshop is closed too. The hardcopy of the screen  you can find as attachement. Photoshop is online, the cache is empty and the preferences are set to default. 

The Bridge works fine

What further can I do ?

btw my English is not perfect so I hope you understand my problem
