Photoshop doesn't work

Hi, I've just installed Photoshop but when I click on its icon it doesn't work at all. is there someone who may know why or had similar problems?
I've also installed indesign and illustrator and they work perfectly fine so I can't understand why Photoshop doesn't even open.

    Does it work in the Start menu?

     

    Does it work if you go to Program Files > Photoshop.exe and double-click that?

     

    If no, then it's a corrupt install. If yes, just delete the shortcut and make a new one.

      Check to see if you can launch from Photoshop.Exe from the Program directory. If PS launches—delete the shortcut and create a new shortcut. Still fails, do a clean uninstall PS with Revo Uninstall (do not save preferences), then reinstall PS from the Cloud.

          This may or may not help, but can you try launching Photoshop from the Creative Cloud app?

          • If that works, there may be an issue with your shortcut icon. 
          • If not, the issue is with Photoshop.
