Photoshop doesnt open - Mac 24 M1 all updated

Hello,

i dont know what happened, but yesterday Photoshop was working, today doesnt start. tryed in safe mode, tried Intel version, nothing.

Already unistalled without keeping settings, restarted, installed and nothing, tryed again, installed and nothing.... what i notice it was very slow in installing, a good 30 seconds before it asks for the Apple password.

Lightroom and Bridge works perfecttly, but when try to open in photoshop it just appeared the main screen, saying loading settings and closes imediattly.

im out of ideas.
