Photoshop don't preserve brushes / Freeze progam using brushes

Hello! I've a few weeks about problems with the brushes, the problem is that the brushes doesn't keep save, and get freeze using brushes, everytime i need to restart the PC and when i open again Photoshop the brushes are gone

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Brush Settings, Options Bar, …) visible?

Does reducing the number of loaded brushes make a difference?

What is the filesize of Brushes.psp?

Try these few steps and check if this solves the issue.

1. Hold the Shift key and start Photoshop. Then, choose not to load third-party plug-ins. Test again without plug-ins loaded.
