Photoshop Drop Shadow crops Version 21.0.1

There's a weird bug in Version 21.0.1. I noticed if you add a drop shadow to a Group folder and if an item inside that folder has a stroke on it, it crops out part of the stroke. In the image attached you will see that it cropped off the bottom. This happens on my other team members computers as well.
