Photoshop error

Did you use the View Report blue link and capture the report. I think only Adobe  has the tools and the source code  that is needed to be able to see what failed. Sorry an error occurred is not helpful. From the report  you man be able see the name of the Photoshop module that failed.

Without any system information and other technical details nobody can tell you much. Just saying that it doesn't work is simply not useful.
