Photoshop error

Now my photoshop is not allowing me to drag and drop photos. Then entire thing is glitching is there a way to do a cxomplete reset. I have already treid ctrl + alt + shift

    Did you get the prompt to delete you preferences and reply yes when you used Ctrl+Alt+Shift.  Did tou also reset all tools.  If your menu Help>System Info shows you have third paty plug-ins you cam try removing them or reinstalling them. You could also  renaming your user Id Photoshop Preferences folder. "C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017" to  "C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 Old" the start Photoshop so it will build all you userid Photoshop stuff over.
