Photoshop - error report after putting an image

Question

hello,I have new computer and I installed photoshop for the first time on it. After insert an image/photo in jpg - photoshop show me the information about error and shuts down my program. It happens any way I try to put the image. By cursor or by open a new blank file, every time I am trying to put image. I already tried to instal older versions of photoshops and it doesn't helped.I also restart computer of course.Other programs from Adobe works well. Do you know what id the problem and what shoud I do to get rid of that problem? Best Regards, hope u help

Could you please share the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share with us? Does this happen when you create a new document?

Did you try resetting your preferences? If not done yet, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please back up your settings before resetting the preferences.
