Photoshop exporting corrupt .PNG file?

Hey all,

Has anybody had any similar issues or know the fix for something like this? I have been searching the forums and nobody has this issue from what I've seen.

Im very frustrated here. Im creating .PNG file's for a title sequence I'm building in After Effects, and every file I'm creating in Photoshop with a .PNG extension will not import into After Effects, giving me this error:

I'm even trying to import that same file back into photoshop and getting this error:

sometimes i do this but i accidently just copy a name from another file by clicking it, and i forget to go to the drop down of file types, and it says PNG everywhere but it's actually psd
