Photoshop express action 'spring' how to copy that?

I would love to know what the action spring in Photoshop express does? I have PS and PS express . Obviously it lightens the picture but apparently it does much more like smooth out etc. Does anybody know? I would love to copy that style in normal PS

    Can you paste an example image?  I have found a couple of images, but the Spring 'Look" is only visible as a thumbnail

    Compared to the other season Looks. the blues are lighter, there is vignette, and the yellows are a tiny bit less saturated.  All of that is doable in Camera RAW using the HSL sliders.

    This is a after and before...it seem not only to lighten up but the skin tone in every picture looks so much more even and better. These photos are an extreme just to show the difference. It seems also get a little warmer but I tried all these steps but don't get the even skin tone and the bright feeling of the picture.....Thanks in advance...

    .....I wanted to add there might also see, a tiny blur? Not sure....is there any way to find out what steps are used in that action?
