Photoshop express hang Windows 10 mobile

Photoshop express hangs on the, "loading" screen on Windows 10 mobile build 10.0.15014.1000 on Lumia 950 phone. There app used to work a month or so ago. I think this is a problem with the use of some interface that Microsoft stopped supporting. It had happened with many apps since the release of the millennium upgrade, and only a few software vendors have fixed it.

I really liked using this app with the camera while taking photographs. Any clue as to the solution?
