Photoshop fails to save any type of document.

Hello, im new here and hope to find an answer for my problem.

Ive been working with photoshop for many years and since the last update i have problems with saving my documents. I tried installing an older version but i have the same problem. Currently im working in the lastes version 21.0.2. When I try to save my document I can see the savind progress down in my screen but it always gets stuck at 99%. 

Can somebody please help me? Thanks!
