Photoshop File not saving on Mac OS Catalina

Today it self bought the subscription for photoshop 2021 but the file is not saving in any of the formats. Tried to export the work but nothing is really happening. Really frustrated with the thought that I have to restart my work because no file is saving on Mac. By clicking on save / save as/export there is nothing happening. Is their any solution to this ??? 
Need urgent help !
