Photoshop - Flashing Screen on macOS

Hello,

I have had this issue for a while now. I see plenty of other forums where it is said to both turn on/off the GPU. Tried that, did not work. My monitor is set to "Default for Display" I have reset my preferences. Tried them all. Is there a solution for this yet?

NOTE: This issue comes up primairly when panning, zooming and clicking (i.e. all the time)!
