Photoshop Font Issue

Our business has Suitcase Fusion and our fonts aren't working correctly in photoshop. Sometimes words will show up and in the same line of text disappear. It only started out with my computer, and now my boss is experiencing the same issue. It doesn't seem to be all fonts either. It only seems to do this in photoshop, I haven't noticed it in InDesign at all.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your OS?

Have you checked if these fonts are working fine in other non-AdoApplications?

Photoshop CC 2015.5 and OS X El Capitan.
I haven't tried that yet. I may try to delete and reinstall as well and see if that does anything.
