Question

Photoshop for iPad

i contacted Adobe with a request to be within the beta program for Photoshop on the iPad. I received an email from Adobe asking me to fill out a form; the link also had a link to a video. I filled out the link, but have not received any email back. When I try the link now it gives verbiage of its too late. The video seems to only play the first frame and then freezes. Has anyone seen the beta, or is this Adobe’s way of putting it off until It is ready?

Hi

The Announcements are at the very top of the Photoshop forum. Here is the one from Photoshop Prerelease. It says you will hear back if you are accepted. We are volunteers on this forum and don’t know any more than what you can see publicly. It does indicate that more testers will be brought in as development proceeds, so you may hear from them later.

“Adobe has recently expanded our Photoshop for iPad Prerelease Program to many more potential testers. Customers who previously expressed interest in testing our new app may have received an email inviting them to sign up. Thank you to those of you who have taken us up on this offer!  Not every customer who applies will be selected for this round of testing, but as we continue to develop the application, more testers will be brought in.  Once you've applied, you may not immediately receive an invite to join the program, however, if and when you are accepted, we'll reach out to you!”

Here is a screen shot of where to find it in case there are updates:

I don’t think they could be overwhelmed. Servers can easily process millions of requests in this time period. I think it more likely they don’t want to show it yet.

Be patient. It's coming. I'm guessing they are overwhelmed with requests.
