PhotoShop for iPad subscribe error.

I buy the month subscription and I can't open the photoshop on my iPad. There are a problem with the allow app. Still the subscription button, I can't open the app. I opened once and the next day just appears like I didn't bought the plan... what can I do?

 

"could not update due to an internal error. try again soon"

"You are already subscribed. Your subscription renews on the 13th. $41900. To review the options this subscription touch manage"

I did it, and din't work but i solved. Aparently it was an appStore Issue, so I talked with support and they refund the payment. I just bought it again and it works!

Try removing the app on the iPad and reinstall from the app store.
