Hi, I have just created n Adobe account and downloaded photoshop on my mac. But as soon as went on to photoshop it told me that my trial is expired. However, it also says that I downloaded photoshop only 9 minutes ago. please help me. My next option is to just create a whole new account but I am reluctant to do that in case it gets more complicated.

Is this the first time a trial of cc 2017 was installed on your machine. The trail on a machine start from when CC 2017 is first installed and its only a 7 day trial for CC 2017. If you reinstall CC 2017 you trial may well be over if you did the reinstall 9 mins ago.

If the is the first time you ever installed CC 2017 on your machine you would need to deal with Adobe Customer support.  This site is a user forum site user here do not has access to Adobe databases. You need to deal with Adobe.
