Photoshop freeze after open file

My pc: i7 4790K + 16GB RAM + GTX 980 Ti

I'm using Windows 10 1909 with updates and latest nvidia drivers.

Latest Photoshop but i've downloaded an old version and same issue.

 

My Photoshop seems to freeze when i open some files and even randomly sometimes and this is driving me nuts. I can't do anything and i've lost so many hours trying to figure it out.

 

What i did:

- Closed every app in background that may cause any issue.

- Restart my pc

- Uninstall Photoshop

- Installed latest and old version (than update)

- Reset Photoshop

- Disable Graphics Processor

- Deleted every plugin/brush i had

    Hi

    Close Photoshop and try deleting the Adobe Photoshop 2020 Prefs file from this location, how much free space do you have for the scratch disk

    C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings

    If that doesn't help try using the Adobe cleaner tool.
