Photoshop generative fill doesn't work

I'm having an issue with generative fill.  It's the latest update of photoshop, updated GPU drivers, windows, everything I could've possible imagine, I've done it. Generative fill is there, and when I tried to prompt it, it simply doesn't do anything. Starts loading, for the moment I see it generated a new layer and it simply disappears. Any one with similar issue?

I even uninstalled Photoshop, and installed the previous version (25.0) without keeping the settings, and still not working.

Same exact problem here. It was working and suddenly not working anymore, on any picture. I uninstalled and re-installed both Photoshop and Lightroom, but nothing. Photoshop 25.1.0
