Photoshop Generative Fill not working

Hi, all, I've seen others post about the same issue, but I don't seem to be able to find whether it has been resolved. When I try and use generative fill it appears to be working and the progress bar seems to get to 100%, but then nothing happens. Eventually I get an error message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again." Does anyone know a fix for this, please?

Hey, @AndrewF63. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community and found two profiles in your account, one of which has an active subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted. If it is an individual machine, try to reset the firewall to the default settings & check if that helps.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.

Thanks!

Hi, Sameer, thanks for getting back to me. Firstly, I was unaware I had two profiles in my account. I must have created the second inadvertently. To keep things simple,  how do I identify and then delete the profile that isn't attached to the active subscription? Secondly, my MacBook Pro is a personal machine. I'm not sure how I reset the firewall to default settings, but don't think that is the issue? I turned the Firewall off momentarily, but still get the same error message with generative fill. Any further help greatly appreciated. Thanks Andy
