I Render on photosh (save for web) but when i export, I see that there so colors that its not even on the right place, the original color is black, but there is an red one or maybe dark green on the gif. If you now the solution please help me on this.

Impossible to tell without seeing the original. I can't see anything wrong in the image you posted. This is what indexed color looks like.

Since you're using Save For Web, try the different options for the color table. Or if it's an original RGB, you have the same options when converting to Indexed color.

What i want to mean, its like i want to make an natural gif without so many colors on the wrong side, Ex: There is the color black and if you zoom the image, you will see other colors that is not like black, in my case all the colors goes to green or red/blue. I want to make a gif like that, without so many wrong colors.
I made these exactly gif on Media Enconder and in Photoshop. They are like noises on the gif

these wrong colors of the pallete are like blinking when you play the gif ( not the original gif, the gif who i created.)
