photoshop gives problem with nvidia geforce experience

hi, when I start using photoshop 2021 after about 2 minutes the notification "insant replay disabled" arrives and it is not possible to start it if not restarting the pc, how can I fix it?
p.s. after that photoshop message starts to be laggy
