Photoshop Home Screen Opens Blank on Windows

Question

Not sure how to fix this, I just randomly attempted to open photoshop today and it's just loading an entirely blank home screen. I'm unable to click on anything or use anything other than the file/edit/image etc buttons at the top. I've attempted a couple fixes I'd seen while trying to figure out what was wrong, but so far, nothing's working.
