Finaly, it comes from the graphic processor use. 

Menu/ preferences /performance/ graphic processor unselect box.

Hi @Dimitris Vlaikos did you try doing the Preferences/Technology Previews and checking "Deactivate Native Canvas" first? Turning off your GPU completely has negative affects overall in PS and should only be a last resort.

That is a graphics card issue. What version of Photoshop, Mac computer and Mac OS are you running?

You can try going to Preferences/Technology Previews and checking "Deactivate Native Canvas".
