Photoshop incredably slow on 64GB m1

Ive got a 64 gb M1 Macbook and updated photposhop to 23.2.1. And unfortunately its incredibly slow. No idea what to do other then stop with cc and jump over to afinity. Hope someone got an golden solution for me!

I have not noticed that it is very slow but I got so many different display issues / artefacts in the canvas and "deactivate native canvas does" not help.

Makes me sad as I used to think that it was related to the D300 in the old mac pro.
