Question

Photoshop & InDesign have different Adobe ID's

One of our users has Photoshop and Indesign installled but due to the way these are licenced they have to use different Adobe ID's. InDesign is licenced directly with Adobe and Photoshop via a reseller.

This means that if they want to use Photoshop thay have to log out of InDesign, pick another ID and then log back in again.

Is there a way of resolving this so that once logged into one program the other will alos be logged in?

You might also look into Teams (business) licensing which is much more flexible.

I would cancel the reseller subscription, then contact Adobe to upgrade the ID account to Creative Cloud All Apps plan.

Thanks. Or I could cancel the Adobe subscription and use the re-seller who are a lot easier to get hold off!

Not knowing much about the Creative Cloud All Apps plan I had a look at this. Altough it looks good to have access to lots of apps, etc I'm not sure that we would use more than 2-3.

@pot shadley with the current pricing structure anything more than 2 single apps is more expensive than the all apps plan.
