Photoshop installation fails at 99 %

hey guys,

if I try to download the Photoshop app in my creative cloud on my mac the installation process jumps from 0 to 99 % in just a few seconds. However, the app disappears from the "installed apps"-section immediately. I already uninstalled the creative cloud and tried it again, but it still does not work. This only happens with the photoshop app.

May you can help me?

Thank you!

Daniel

The first 40 to 50% of the progress bar indicates the Download, and the rest the installation, but if yours jumps to 99% so quickly, you ether have an internet connection that rivals NASA, or something is going very wrong.  Best practice when things go pear shaped is to restart your computer for  a nice clean working environment.  Uninstall Photoshop and run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.  With Windows it was also a good idea to run the Application Manager as Administrator, but I don't know if that applies to Mac, and I think it is not a critical as it used to be.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues

    Good luck
