PS 5.5.1

iPad Pro iPadOs 17.3.1

Steps to reproduce.

1. In Lightroom

2. "Edit in Photoshop"

3. In Photoshop

4. "Add New Photo."

5. Select any picture, any type, from any library. (I tried photo files that have previously worked just 18 hours ago.)

6. Error: "Unable to load photo from library. Cannot load representation of type com.adobe.raw-image"

Expected Results: The selected library photo should be imported as a new layer.

Actual Results: Picture unable to import.

Please help asap.

My work has stopped.

Hi, sorry you're having trouble.

It works fine for me. Perhaps try:

1. Uninstall and reinstall Photoshop.

2. Total shut down and restart of your device.

3. Sign out / sign in.

4. Update to the latest version of Photoshop. (5.5.2)
