Photoshop is Fine — The Forum is Slooooooooooow

Is it  just me, or are the Adobe forums  dog  slow  at the  moment?  We sometimes have issues with offshore sites here (New Zealand) which happens when too many people want to use the wet string that connects us to Oz, but other offshore sites all seem to be fine.  I have restarted, and check our connection, which is very reasonable for rural NZ (we are lucky to have a school 500 metres up the road).   The Adobe forums, though, are barely usable.

When I started this thread, and entered the Subject, it took well  over a minute before the cursor appeared in the main text window.  There is nothing in The Back Room forum about any outages.
