Photoshop is laggy

Hi

I don't understand why photoshop feels very laggy. The other products of the Adobe suite are ok but the menus, and selections  are slow

My computer is good, 9900k / 2080ti / 32gb of RAM and photoshop is installed on an NVME M2 drive so I really don't get why it's so laggy.

Thanks for the help

Which operating system do you use? I think it's Windows. If yes, which version do you use?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all patches and the latest drivers?

What has been changed before the issue occur?

Try to reset the PhotoShop preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

I am on windows 10;

All is updated, windows and adobe suite.

I've resetted photoshop, no changes...
For the issues I can't really tell, no idea but even the window is laggy, if i drag the photoshop windows on the screen for instance, it's really weird
