Photoshop is not communicating with the GPU 2020

Use graphic processor is grayed out and if you remove the sniffer EXE in the programs file it will no longer be grayed out.. but it will still not work. is there any way to fix this at all ..... what has to be done to fix this. This is ongoing this problem has been happening for years now, how do we fix this?

I really need photoshop to use the GPU for the large files I work with. I need OpenGL

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you are using along with the version of Windows you are running? Which Graphics Card do you have on the machine?
